Quick Reference - After Trial Period

In order to start with the Marketing Strategy & Campaigns we would require access to some marketing channel accounts & optimize them. Following are the details divided into Milestones and each Milestone tells you, how our system makes it easy & convenient for you to follow and adapt the new Marketing Strategy

Milestone I – The very first milestone is related to setting up of the accounts and granting access to all social media channels and website tracking tools.


NOTE: We create new accounts in case the accounts are not already created.

  • Gain access to SM Profiles or Create New:

    • LinkedIn
    • Pinterest
    • Youtube
    • Google My Business
    • BingLocal Setup
    • Setup Connection in between all accounts
  • Setting up Sub-Domain (if required)
  • Granting Access to Google Analytics or any other reporting tool

By the end of this phase, we will have access to all accounts and will be ready to optimize all channels for lead generation campaigns.

Milestone II – Once the access is granted, we work on optimization of channels, content creation and content calendar.

  • Campaign creation:

  • Budget Allocation:

  • Monitoring of performance & regular reporting

By the end of this phase, you will see leads coming into the system and a proper follow up sequence will be scheduled for lead nurturing.

Milestone IV – Now that all the campaigns are set, tracking codes are installed we work on lead nurturing and if any past data is available we work on getting repeat business and client retention strategies.
